Te Wheke offers in-person services across Wellington ~ Auckland ~ Christchurch ~ Nelson ~ Queenstown ~ Hawkes Bay ~ and nationwide via telehealth
The octopus (wheke) is a natural shapeshifter. It changes itself to suit its surroundings, sometimes to hide, sometimes to hunt.
We are all in our own ways like the wheke. If you want to understand what kind of octopus you are, and why it is harder to fit into some spaces more than others, we can help.
Squids, cephalopods, mollusks, and even krakens, are welcome.

Clinical Referrals We accept referrals from primary healthcare providers for adult ADHD assessments, and referrals for paediatric assessments from paediatricians and child psychiatrists.
Self- and Family-Referrals
We accept self-referrals and referrals from parents and caregivers.
